Accela Analytics

Accela Analytics on the iPad

Designed as a free native iPad app and available on Apple’s App Store, version 7.1.2 extends key elements of the app’s functionality to the iPhone and delivers support for iOS 5. View property related service requests, license inspections, assets like storm drains and fire hydrants, and basically most any data that’s tracked by your agency, presented on your agency Esri maps.

The Home Screen

Accela Analytics highlights a breadth of activity allowing you to see how your department has performed over time. Charts are the focal point on the Home Screen, and can be easily configured to show yearly, monthly, or even daily trends, providing color-coded lines to represent different kinds of data.

Access Esri Map Layers

With Accela Analytics 7.1.2, iOS users reap the benefits of Accela Automation's tight integration with Esri's ArcGIS Server, enabling them to connect to their agency's map data, whether it is published from ArcGIS Server or supplied by Esri’s ArcGIS Online cloud infrastructure.

View Charts and Graphs

The Charts Screen lets you track a range of application trends, such as inspection workloads, staff deployments, and more. The “application trends” box displays a graphic chart that shows the history of applications, while the "inspection workload" box provides data on inspection volumes.

Create Watch Lists

Users can create watch lists of specific records that they want to track and follow, allowing for quick access to key agency data. You can easily adjust or remove any list without affecting the back-end data.

Preview Mode

The new preview mode allows agency users to become familiar with the full range of functionality of the app with a demo data set prior to use with agency-specific data and also allows others to “test drive” the app.
