Accela GIS provides access to geographic representations of infrastructure assets, maintenance work, and service requests. Accela GIS empowers mobile work forces by providing GIS functionality in the office and in the field using Accela Mobile Office. Agencies also have the option to leverage GIS as the official asset registry and perform maintenance against the GIS records.

Maximize time in the field with mobility

Accela Mobile Office allows public works field supervisors to create, assign, complete, reschedule, record costs, and/or cancels work orders from the field and receives last-minute updates or alerts on their mobile device. Since Accela Mobile Office is a very robust extension of Accela Automation, your department can also leverage it as an asset data collection tool.

Reporting and data extraction is made easy in Accela Automation. Data can be directly exported to a spreadsheet from anywhere in the solution. Accela Report Manager, an out-of-the-box product, provides reporting capabilities. If your agency is leveraging a third-party reporting tool, such as Crystal, Oracle, or MS Reporting Services, Accela Automation can seamlessly integrate the report, making it easily accessible by your users.
