As Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Rob Cassetti focuses on a wide range of strategic initiatives, including go-to-market planning, acquisition integration, business development, channel development, product integrations, demand generation, pricing and new markets. A champion of civic technology, Mr. Cassetti speaks at national and industry events on topics including open data, smart cities, civic engagement and innovation.

Mr. Cassetti brings 20 years of extensive sales and management experience in the public sector market, 14 of which were spent at Fortune 500 worldwide IT leader Cisco Systems in Silicon Valley. As Director of Service Sales, he oversaw sales for Cisco's $300M business of hardware and software maintenance plus advisory and professional services for Cisco’s State & Local Government & Education (SLED) market.

Previously, Mr. Cassetti served as the Senior Sales Manager for the U.S. Public Sector segment of Cisco's WebEx division, where he built a team of Cloud Collaboration Sales Specialists across the U.S. focused on Federal and SLED customers.

Mr. Cassetti holds a Master of Arts degree in English Education from Columbia University, Teachers College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New York University.

Matthew Gonzales is the Director of Services for He is responsible for developing relationships with local government officials and overseeing new products that will enhance the Buildingeye platform. Matthew has been involved with tech startups for over a decade and has helped produce several top-rated events in Silicon Valley and internationally.

Scott Greenberg is Senior Director of Operations for Accela Legislative Management, a cloud-based solution that helps governments streamline their meeting process and connect with their citizens. Having held leadership positions in several startups as well as having spent several years on Wall Street, Scott brings a broad managerial background to our Legislative Management group.

Scott holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with High Distinction.

Megan Lunetta is a Content Marketer at Accela, working with the marketing communications team to develop content strategy and branding for Accela’s civic engagement solutions. Megan has a mix of experience in marketing strategy, social media marketing, search marketing, product marketing and content marketing from a variety of bay area startups and freelance consulting. She also has several years of government experience working for the California Public Employees' Retirement System and the City of Sacramento.


Mark Headd is a Technical Evangelist for Accela, where he plays a key role in shaping the company’s fast-growing developer program and platform vision. He is a writer, speaker and thought leader on communication technologies and open government. Self-taught in programming, he has been developing web, telephone, speech recognition and messaging applications for over 10 years. Most recently, the Nutter Administration selected him to become the City of Philadelphia’s first Chief Data Officer to lead the Mayor’s open data and government transparency initiatives.

Mr. Headd has worked for technology companies from the Delaware Valley to Silicon Valley and served as Director of Government Relations at Code for America. He has built open government software applications for the District of Columbia, the Sunlight Foundation, the New York State Senate and the cities of New York, San Francisco, Toronto, Baltimore and Philadelphia. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.

Yo Yoshida is the CEO and co-founder of the San Francisco civic start-up, Appallicious. He is a seasoned innovator, entrepreneur, writer and start-up adviser with a passion for government and technology. Yo took his passion for government and over 15 years of experience in technology, marketing, finance, non-profits and sustainable development to create a first-of-its-kind mobile commerce platform for government.

In August 2013, Yo received the Exemplary Leadership Award from the Center for Digital Government for his work with open data in San Francisco and across the country. Appallicious has created San Francisco’s Rec & Park app, featured by the U.S. Department of Energy, and named one of the “7 open data apps every city should have” by Mashable. The civic start-up has also developed the new Neighborhood Score app which was launched by San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee at the U.S. Conference of Mayors.

Yo has been an outspoken evangelist of the open data movement. Through his work with local governments and public officials, Yo has encouraged cities to embrace open government policies. In October 2012, Yo joined with San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee, Supervisor David Chiu and San Francisco Rec & Park GM Phil Ginsburg to introduce revised open data legislation to create more structure around how San Francisco’s data is shared with the public.
