Software Support Representative


Location:
Visalia, CA | Department: Customer Resource Center



Job Description
Providing experienced software support to Accela customers.

Required Qualifications
 Experience with relational data systems (Oracle and/or MSSQL), including management, development, and   reporting
 Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 Must work well as part of a team and have great communication skills
 Must be a fast learner, self-motivated, and organized

Desired Qualifications
 A four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field
 IT experience is a plus
 Customer support experience and leadership skills are a plus
