Job Description
Providing experienced software support to Accela customers.
Required Qualifications
• Experience with relational data
systems (Oracle and/or MSSQL), including management, development, and
reporting
• Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving
skills
• Must work well as part of a team and have
great communication skills
• Must be a fast learner, self-motivated,
and organized
Desired Qualifications
• A four-year degree in Computer
Science or a related field
• IT experience is a plus
• Customer support experience and leadership
skills are a plus
