Services Analyst
Location: San Ramon,
CA | Department: Services
Job Description
This position will work under the Sr. Vice President of Services and will
interface extensively with senior management and services personnel in
multiple locations as well as with corporate accounting and corporate
operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Analytical and accounting support to the Services organization
• Management and tracking of project budgets
• Analysis of costs and margins on a project basis
• Preparation of revenue and staffing forecasts and metrics
• Preparation of periodic reports for Services management and corporate
accounting
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the Sr. Vice President of
Services.
Required Qualifications
• Must have prior experience performing analysis and accounting
in a professional services organization preferably with an
enterprise software company.
• Must have a strong working knowledge of revenue recognition rules,
contracts and contract accounting.
• At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience is also required.
• Strong analytical, systems and interpersonal/communication skills
required.
• A four-year degree in a relevant field.
Desired Qualifications
• Experience using Open Air or other PSA software a plus.
• Higher education is a plus.
