Escambia County, FL, to Offer Residents Mobile Access to Civic Services with Accela CRM

Accela, the leading provider of cloud-based productivity and civic engagement software solutions, announced today that Escambia County, FL, has selected Accela Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) on the Accela Civic Platform to improve two-way communication between the County and its residents and be able to address service request more efficiently. By leveraging Accela CRM, Escambia County will now be able to grant residents access to community activity and data to establish greater transparency. With the easily accessible portal and customizable app, citizens will have 24-hour access to information such as County events, transit data, and online bill payment tools.
