Pittsfield, Massachusetts to Offer Residents Mobile Access to Civic Services with Accela CRM

Accela, the leading provider of cloud-based productivity and civic engagement software solutions, announced today that Pittsfield, Massachusetts has chosen Accela Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) on the Accela Civic Platform to improve information flow and communication between the City and its residents. Through a 24-hour accessible portal, Pittsfield residents will be able to receive important community news and updates on requests directly through their smartphone. Accela CRM will automatically assign incoming requests to the appropriate Pittsfield staff member resulting in a more streamlined and efficient process.
