Waycross, Georgia to Offer Residents Mobile Access to Civic Services
February 27, 2017 - Accela, the leading provider of cloud-based productivity and civic engagement software solutions, announced today that Waycross, Georgia, chose Accela Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) on the Accela Civic Platform to foster better communication and transparency with its citizens, and streamline service request management. Waycross will leverage Accela CRM to centralize agency services so that citizens can access them conveniently and on-the-go. With Accela’s software, Waycross staff will be able to reach mobile users directly with important updates such as a change in garbage schedule, new traffic patterns and upcoming events.
