Westfield, Indiana, Now Live with Cloud-based Utility Billing Solution on the Accela Civic Platform
Accela, the leading provider of civic engagement and productivity solutions for government, announced today that the City of Westfield, Indiana, is now live with Utility Billing on the Accela Civic Platform. The City implemented the software to offer more expansive and flexible reporting, automate tasks that were previously handled manually, and dramatically improve their overall billing process.
