Baldwin Park Joint Committee Selects Accela Citizen Relationship Management to Improve Resident Engagement

Accela, the leading provider of cloud-based productivity and civic engagement software solutions, today announced that Baldwin Park Joint Committee, Inc., Baldwin Park, FL’s Homeowners Association (HOA), has chosen Accela Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) on the Accela Civic Platform. The HOA selected the CRM solution to give community residents easier access to management staff, information and services through a custom branded app and website. Through an easily accessible portal, residents will be able to receive pertinent community news, submit service requests, and be provided with updates on requests directly through their smartphone.
