Pueblo West Metropolitan District, CO, to Offer Residents Mobile Access to Civic Services with Accela CRM

Accela, the leading provider of cloud-based productivity and civic engagement software solutions, announced today that Pueblo West Metropolitan District, CO, has selected Accela Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) on the Accela Civic Platform to foster better two-way communication between the District and its residents. Pueblo West will implement Accela CRM to more efficiently resolve citizen requests, manage workflow for agency staff and provide on-the-go access to services via a configurable mobile application.
