La Mirada, California, to Offer Residents Mobile Access to Civic Services with Accela CRM
Accela, the leading provider of cloud-based productivity and civic engagement software solutions, announced today that La Mirada, California has selected Accela Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) on the Accela Civic Platform to bolster better communication between the City and its residents. La Mirada will leverage Accela CRM to increase staff efficiency by enabling direct communication with other staff members and collaboration amongst departments. Accela’s solution offers citizens an easily accessible portal to submit requests, receive information, and interact when and where it is convenient for them.
