It’s a wrap. Accela’s annual User Conference in Las Vegas was a huge success, thanks to our always enthusiastic and supportive customers, sponsors, exhibitors, and other special guests. Attendees represented 164 agencies, 33 states, and five countries. Breakout Session presentations are now available to download.

Auss-some! On the heels of opening an office in Abu Dhabi to support business development in the Middle East and North Africa, Accela has opened another international office in Melbourne, Australia. The office will serve as a springboard for doing business throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.

6.6 logging in…Version 6.6 of Accela Automation® was released in July, featuring over 85 strategic enhancements to support next generation customer service. Plus, a new login screen showcases Accela’s heightened focus on the user experience.
