What meals are included as part of my registration fee?
A. These meals are included in your registration
fee:
• Continental Breakfast will be provided Tuesday through Friday
mornings.
• Lunch will be provided Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Dinner will be provided at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday
night.
• Appetizers and drinks will be provided at the Club 21 Cocktail
Party on Thursday night.
• Snacks will be provided during afternoon breaks Tuesday
through Thursday.
Q. What does the Guest Pass include?
A. This year’s Guest Pass includes access
to the Welcome Reception at Madame Tussauds on Tuesday evening and
the Club 21 Cocktail Party on Thursday evening.
Q. Can I purchase a Guest Pass on site?
A. Yes. A guest pass may be purchased for $85 per
person with a full Conference registration.
Q. Does the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino offer a government
room rate?
A. No. The Accela room rate of $159 per night for
single/double occupancy ($173.31 including all applicable taxes)
is the best rate available.
Q. What is the Venetian’s reservation cutoff date?
A. The cutoff date to make reservations at this
rate is Friday, July 18, 2008. This special rate is for the nights
of August 17 through August 22 (check out on August 22). You must
cancel your reservation 72 hours in advance to avoid a penalty.
Q. What is the Conference registration cancellation policy?
A. Requests for cancellation must be received in
writing by July 11, 2008 and will incur a $125 processing fee. No
refunds will be granted for requests received after July 11, 2008.

Q. If I have registered but can’t attend, can I send
someone in my place without a penalty?
A. Yes. If you are unable to attend, you may send
a substitute from your agency without incurring a penalty.
