Great news – Conference registration fees are the same as
last year, plus we’ve bundled registration and hotel prices
for extra savings! Just choose how long you plan to join us.
Option 1: $1299 August 2 - 6
• Four nights/five days in a luxury suite in the
Palazzo Tower (Sunday - Thursday), includes all
applicable taxes
• Continental breakfast and sit down lunch Monday,
Tuesday, and Wednesday
• Accela-sponsored activities on Monday and Tuesday
evenings
• Three days of educational sessions
• Eligible for one day of Hands on Training classes*
Option 2: $1399 August 2 - 7
• Five nights/six days in a luxury suite in the
Palazzo Tower (Sunday - Friday), includes
all applicable taxes
• Continental breakfast and sit down lunch Monday,
Tuesday, and Wednesday
• Accela-sponsored activities on Monday and Tuesday
evenings
• Three days of educational sessions
• Eligible for two days of Hands on Training classes*
Option 3: $1499 August 2 - 8
• Six nights/seven days in a luxury suite in the
Palazzo Tower (Sunday - Saturday), includes
all applicable taxes
• Continental breakfast and sit down lunch Monday,
Tuesday, and Wednesday
• Accela-sponsored activities on Monday and Tuesday
evenings
• Three days of educational sessions
• Eligible for two days of Hands on Training classes*
* Hands-on Training has limited space and pre-registration is
required
Hands-on Training
Hands-on Training only, Thursday and Friday, August 6 - 7 –
$300 per class
If you are planning to only attend Hands-on Training and would like
to reserve a room at the Conference hotel, please contact the Palazzo
directly at 877-883-6423. Accela has secured a group rate of $159
per night ($173.31 with all applicable taxes). Please mention Accela
to take advantage of this great rate.
Guest Passes
A guest pass may be purchased with a full Conference registration
for $125 per person and includes Welcome Reception and Accela's
30th Anniversary Party.

Payment Options
Pay by check, credit card, or purchase order. Complete details will
be available when registration opens.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation must be received in writing by July 3,
2009 and will incur a $125 processing fee. No refunds will be granted
for requests received after July 3, 2009. If you are unable to attend,
you may send a substitute without incurring a penalty. Written requests
