Manage inspections

Easily schedule, reschedule, or cancel your daily inspection job and view information such as inspection type, unique ID, scheduled time, assigned inspector, inspection contact, status, and status history.
 

Create record libraries

Access named libraries or collections of your records grouped by project or other user-defined criteria. The “overview” screen for each library includes a summary of records, inspections and fees for all records in the library, and links to access the set of records.

Customizable look and feel

 Accela Mobile Citizen Access is a browser-based application with Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) support. This combination offers the flexibility to run on multiple devices while delivering a “look and feel” similar to device-specific apps.

How to get started

Accela Mobile Citizen Access is available to all registered Accela Citizen Access users. All you need to begin using it is a smart phone that runs on some of the most common mobile operating systems, the URL address of the agency website, and a user ID and password.
