Q-MATIC has recently integrated its world class Customer Flow Management™
solution with Accela’s land management systems. When customers
enter the permitting department, the Q-MATIC software attaches a
permit or plan check number to the customer and integrates them
into Accela software. The customer is now tracked throughout the
one-stop process allowing personnel to know where the customer is
in the system at all times.
The Q MATIC solution provides our public agency, healthcare, banking
and retail customers the ability to manage customer flow from start
to finish. For 25 years Q-MATIC has provided software that empowers
