with Accela. Beginning in 1994, by initially interfacing with Sierra
Computer Systems, and with subsequent interfaces to Tidemark Advantage™,
Kiva DMS™ and Accela Automation®, we are proud of our
strong history and shared successes. Selectron’s extensive
knowledge of the application benefits being used by the more than
110 Accela clients we serve, ensuring that the Voice, Web or Mobile
solution is installed to meet the comprehensive business processes
offered by each Accela application.
InspecTrack™ has been installed
with Accela customers since its inception in 1989, including the
City of Orlando, FL (Tidemark) and the City of Victorville, CA (‘PERMITS’
Plus®).
InspecTrack streamlines the inspection process, increases
consistency and accuracy of building and code inspections. Inspectors
in the field can perform inspections using intuitive electronic
forms with point-and-click controls, then transmit results to the
Accela system in real-time or as directed by the inspector as wireless
access is available.
Performing Inspections
InspecTrack allows inspectors to access and update permit information
in the field. By interacting with your Accela application database,
it provides inspectors with a system to define a route, enter inspection
results review inspection history, print field notices, and schedule
inspections from the field.
Unlike web-only inspection systems, this data is stored on the field
unit and synchronized as needed, so information can be reviewed,
inspections resulted, and permit information updated as needed,
regardless of the immediate availability of network connectivity.
