Accela Mobile Citizen Access brings the accessibility features of Accela Citizen Access to mobile phones! It provides quick and easy access to information about conditions and requests directly from an agency

database, anytime and anywhere you are! Accela Mobile Citizen Access is available to all registered Accela Citizen Access users. All that’s needed to begin using it is a smart phone, the URL address of the agency Web site, and a user ID and password.

Accela Analytics allows you to access your agency data wherever you are on your Apple iPad using Accela Analytics. Using the iPad’s intuitive touch screen interface agency personnel gain real-time access to role specific information from your Accela Automation database. View property related permits, license inspections, assets like storm drains and fire hydrants, and basically most any data that’s tracked by your agency, presented on your agency Esri maps.

Accela Mobile Inspector provides permitting, licensing and code-enforcement professionals with functionality designed to perform an onsite inspection or investigation, using their smartphone or tablet. Integrated with Accela Automation, Accela Mobile Inspector connects mobile workers to their back-office accounts, enabling them to work from their desk, vehicle, or on site, using their preferred device. Users can perform a complete onsite process—from initial inspection to submittal—and also can view and update their inspection details including checklists, attachments and comments.
