View Only Requirement – When creating or editing a form in the Form Portlet Designer, allows use of different controls to show, hide, move, and alter the available fields in order to customize the form to specific agency needs.

Application Specific Information Supervisor-only Edit – Administrators can configure Application Specific Information fields to be read-only for non-supervisor roles after an application is submitted.

Delete & Reassign Workflow on Existing CAPs – System administrators can activate this feature so users can delete the current workflow from an existing application and replace it with another workflow that exists in the same module.

Application Status Update Options – System administrators can configure security policy settings for the status of an application.

Using Variables in a URL Report – A URL Report configured in Accela Report Manager will now execute a SQL statement configured as a parameter variable for the report.

Upgrade ColdFusion from 6.0 to 7.0 – To support customers beginning a new implementation of Accela Automation Classic and Accela Vantage360® after June 14, 2007, Accela Automation now supports ColdFusion MX 7.0. ColdFusion MX 6.0 will be supported until the Summer 2008 release of Accela Automation.

Report Manager Session Variable for Portlet ID – A new session variable is provided for each portlet ID. This is available within Accela Report Manager to allow reports to be created and run for a specific portlet.

Convert Accela Automation to Use HTTPS
– Accela Automation Classic and Vantage360 Web server security now requires all communication to be done using secure https communication to protect internal agency data.

Apply Conditions to External APO Data Source
– Accela Automation now associates conditions to Address, Parcel, and Owner (APO) data that is stored internally or externally to the Accela Automation database.

Enhance Licensed Professional Reference Data – Administrators can allow users to record and maintain additional reference data for licensed professionals beyond the basic information saved in the basic professional record.

Resolved Issues
GovXML in GetInspectionDistricts Operation – The GovXML application server now returns complete information in the InspectionDistricts element from the GetInspectionDistrictsResponse operation.

GIS Portlet-Zoom to Parcel – When working with the planning and enforcement modules, a user may select a CAP and click a GIS ID to view a map of the parcel, enabling GIS to zoom to the parcel attached to the CAP.

Save Attached Tables – Along with all other attached tables, Accela Automation now properly saves and validates each row and column associated with application specific information.

Open a Single SPEAR Form from My Navigation – Provides mutually exclusive selection for the Single Portlet Entry and Review (SPEAR) form appearance.
