For a complete list, please contact the Customer
Resource Center.
New Features
Add Secondary Tab for Evidence – Code enforcement
cases have been enhanced to include an Evidence tab, which includes the
following fields: Evidence Type, Description, Disposition, Value, Chain
of Custody, Check Out/Check In, and Documents.
Add Fields and Reports for Hearings – When an event
is scheduled for a hearing in Accela Automation, users can now identify
the reason for the agenda item as well as add notes. This can provide
advance information to people attending the hearing so they can prepare
properly.
Set Payment Sequencing Options – To facilitate
sequential ordering of receipts, numbering formats for sets are different
from the numbering formats for receipts made on a single application.
With this enhancement, set payment receipt numbers are based on set payment
sequence numbers.
Search for a CAP After Scheduling an Inspection –
When individuals successfully schedule an inspection, the confirmation
page features a search field so they can immediately find another application
to more efficiently schedule another inspection.
Resolved Issues
Receipts Print Correctly – Custom receipts created
before Accela Automation® version 6.4 may require a change to one
line of code. With this change, custom receipts will print correctly.
Set Payment Receipts – The set payment receipt
number is now the same as the set payment sequence number.
Enlarge Text Fields – Several fields with limits
of 240 characters have been increased to support 4,000 characters. Additionally,
several field with limits of 30 characters have been increased to support
100 characters.
Increase Efficiency – Accela Automation has been
streamlined to produce more efficient memory usage.
Search Result Optimized – If an agency has access
to both Accela Automation Vantage360® and Accela Automation Classic,
performing a search in one interface will get the exact same results as
performing the same search in the other interface. Regardless of interface
or search type, all searches produce correct and complete results.
All Scripts Execute Properly – All scripts in Accela
Automation now automatically execute as written when the appropriate event
occurs. These are commonly referred to as event trigger scripts.
Consistent Report Behavior – This enhancement ensures
consistent performance with report generation and printing.
Workflow Processes Fields Populate – When using
the workflow process feature, all required fields must be completed before
Accela Automation will process any workflow tasks. Required fields are
marked with a red asterisk (*).
Product Roadmap
The next release of Accela Land Management will be version 6.5 and is
scheduled for release in March 2008.
