Citizen Access 6.4.1? Release Recap
Included below is an overview of the major new features in version 6.4.1.

New Features
Usage Statistic Reports – Administrators
can now access usage statistics reports for Accela Citizen Access.
Attach Documents to Applications – Allows users
to upload and view documents attached to permit and license applications
through Accela Citizen Access. A new attachment section has been added
to the permit detail page.
User Account Management Password Modification –
Allows public users to change passwords without any intervention or assistance
from the Accela Automation system administrator.
GIS User Interface Integration for Location Selection
– Integrates the GIS user interface to Accela Citizen Access, providing
the ability to search and select an address and parcel using the GIS map
viewer.
Auto-Assign an Inspector based on Inspection Schedule
– Supports EMSE scripts to auto-assign an inspector in Accela Automation
based on an inspection schedule request through Accela Citizen Access.
EMSE Script Error Handling – Handles errors caused
by EMSE scripts; displays error message in Accela Citizen Access.
Product Roadmap
The next release of Accela Citizen Access will be version 6.4.2 and is
scheduled for release in October 2007.
