Included below is a list of new features in version 6.3. For a complete

New Features
Configure GIS Data for External Reference Data (APO)
– Accela GIS adds the ability to configure GIS data as an external
reference data source for APO (Address/Parcel/Owner) data in Accela Automation®.
Permit System Search Results Management – Accela
GIS will return a list of GIS Objects in the search window. Users can
zoom to objects in the list, pick one, many, or all objects to add to
the selection list. This enhancement is enabled by default.
Allowing Multiple Object Capture Using the Get Object Button
– Accela GIS adds the ability to capture multiple GIS objects using
the Get Object tool button on the Edit Interface. Users select the GIS
objects they would like to “Get” and then click the Get Object
button. This enhancement is enabled by default.
Adding Pop-up Suppression Option – When the user
is creating a new GIS Object in the editing interface through Get Object
command or Add Object tool, Accela GIS will check to see if the edit layer
has attribute fields to enter. If there are no attribute fields, then
Accela GIS will not display the attribute entry window and will add the
object(s). This option is configured by administrators using the Group
Personalization feature.
User Management Enhancements – Accela GIS adds
the following enhancements to make User Management easier for administrators.
This enhancement is enabled by default.
