6.6? Release Recap
Included below is an overview of the new feature in version 6.6. For a

New
Features
Optional GIS Component Viewer Access – Adds an
optional GIS component viewer to several forms that display the GIS data
for the selected object(s) on the form. When the user selects one or more
records, GIS will show the corresponding GIS object(s). This feature also
supports a reverse selection. When users select one or more GIS object(s)
in GIS component viewer, Accela Wireless™ will highlight the corresponding
record(s).
• Displays GIS Data on the Asset List
• Displays GIS Data on the Asset Query Results
• Displays GIS Data on the Asset Detail
• Displays GIS Data on the CAP List
• Displays GIS Data on the CAP Query Results
• Displays GIS Data on the CAP Detail
Inspection GIS Component View – Adds a GIS viewer
into the inspection list.
Additional Data Display in Java Map Viewer – Provides
more data in the search result tables of Accela GIS. Additional data fields
required are the address and owner from Accela Automation®. This feature
is optional.
• Displays additional data in the property search result table
• Displays additional data in the selection result table
• Provides access control for displaying additional data
Product Roadmap
The next release of Accela GIS will be version 6.7 and is scheduled for
release January 2009.
