What’s New in 6.3.2? Release Recap
Included below is a list of new features in version 6.3.2. For a complete list of the new features in this release, please contact the Customer Resource Center.

New Features
Voice Message Document Group and Type Assignment – Accela IVR records voice comments when scheduling and resulting inspections. This functionality is now enhanced to automatically insert notification text into the appropriate comment field so other system users are notified that the voice comment is available. This enhancement also includes automatically assigning a document group and type to the voice message file attachment. This will be used to automatically download the voice comments in Accela Wireless™.

Prompting the Available Date to a Caller – Accela IVR leverages enhancements to Accela Automation® that allow Accela IVR to prompt a caller with the next available dates for an inspection based on the system calendar. Accela IVR reads the dates to the caller and prompts the caller to select the desired date for the inspection.
