New Features
Abstracting Prompts to Files – Accela IVR
isolates all prompts and abstracts them into individual files. This enhancement
will allow for easier configuration of the call tree prompts for Accela
IVR administrators.
Migration from IVR Servlet to GovXML Standard –
Accela IVR migrates from using a custom IVR Servlet to the GovXML standard
for communication with backend database products.
