6.6? Release Recap
Included below is a list of new features in version 6.6. For a complete

New Features
Use CAP Structure for IVR Call Flow – Allows
an administrator to set up the CAP structure in the Accela IVR application
so the user can navigate from group to sub-group to category to be able
to pick the correct CAP type.
Use WAV instead of Text To Speech – Provides user
with the option to use pre-recorded voices instead of Text to Speech (TTS).
Product Roadmap
The next release of Accela IVR will be version 6.7 and is scheduled for
release January 2009.
