Included below is an overview of the major new features and issues resolved
in version 5.4.11. For complete details about this release, please contact

Feature Enhancements:
• Accela Citizen Access™ displays workflow details
on Permit Status page – See “Global_ASA_Configuration_Settings.doc”
section “setting “1.3.68 PermitsStatusPageIncludes”
now supports new option “WF”
Resolved Issues:
• 08-02043 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus Composer - Cloning
a composition type – When cloning an APD composition type
that has user defined labels on the APD initialization items list, a warning
message “Cannot Update Creates Duplicate Key”
would display. This has been corrected in this release.
• 08-02280 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus - APD Toolbar Date
Field – The INI setting that is used to define a different
default date field to be displayed on the APD toolbar was
not reading the default date setting correctly and was defaulting to
the APD “Entered_Date.” This has been corrected in this release.
• 08-02148 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus - POS module
– When posting a payment with a negative amount against an APD that
had a zero balance, the payment would not post properly and would result
in a zero payment. This has been corrected in this release.
OCX/System DLL Requirements:
• Upgrading from version 5.1.26 or higher does not require
a full install
• A full installation is required to upgrade from versions 5.1.25
or lower
