‘PERMITS’ Plus® Release 5.5.01

Included below is an overview of the major new features and issues resolved
in version 5.5.01. For complete details about this release, please contact

Feature Enhancement:
• Added ‘PERMITS’ Plus Accela Automation® interface
Resolved Issue:
• 08-0358 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus - set processing
– Applying approval actions to set member was not triggering the
• standard script trigger ACT-APPR.
This has been resolved in this release.
• 08-03229 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus - script processing
– This feature has been removed for version 5.5.01 When
• work fields are used to store and manipulate numeric values,
in some cases the values that are moved or stored
• in the work field round incorrectly.
• 08-04457 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus - Document Printing
- EVENT print item – When the EVENTS item was included in
• a document that was printed for an
APD that did not have any events logged or scheduled, the world EVENT
was
• printed on the document as text. This has been resolved
in this release.
• 08-04434 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus – Accela Citizen
Access™ application server was applying inspection milestones
• to new permits that were initialized. This has been resolved
in this release.
• 08-04046 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus - APD Valuation
Calculator – Was not sorting the occupancies in ‘PERMITS’
Plus
• the same way that they were sorted
in ‘PERMITS’ Plus Composer. This has been resolved in this
release.
OCX/System DLL Requirements:
• Upgrading from version 5.1.26 or higher does not require
a full install.
• A full installation is required to upgrade from versions 5.1.25
or lower.
• Special instruction: Before installing ‘PERMITS’ Plus
5.5.01, reboot the user’s workstation (see the documents
• ‘PERMITS’ Plus New Features5_5_01.pdf
and Upgrade5_5_01.pdf for more details.
