‘PERMITS’ Plus® Release 5.5.09

Resolved Issues:
09-03512 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus - Using Time Accounting to record time entries for workflow tasks. When the user launched the Time Accounting data entry dialog using the workflow folder “Record Hours” button, the time entry types drop-down list would not populate correctly. This has been resolved in this release.

09-03514 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus - Office Link was limiting file extension to 3 characters. Because of this limitation, the user could not filter the list of files by extension like “.docx”. This has been resolved in this release.

09-03888 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus - Administrator – The user defaults configuration dialog was not saving changes that the administrator applied to the “APD Payments – Generate Missing Receipt Number”. This has been resolved in this release.

09-03408 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus - Accela GIS™ Map Viewer – In some environments when ‘PERMITS’ Plus launched the GIS Map viewer, the map viewer would display the waiting status and would not continue on to load and display the map. This has been resolved in this release.

09-03075 - ‘PERMITS’ Plus - APD Locations – When a user attempted to attach a new address to an APD, a database error occurred: “Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the Input table or query USR_CONFIG”. ‘PERMITS’ Plus engineering has researched this issue and found that this error occurs when ‘PERMITS’ Plus version 5.4.01 or newer is used with a database that is currently at version 5.1.22 or older.


OCX/System DLL Requirements:
• Upgrading from version 5.1.26 or higher does not require a full install.
• A full installation is required to upgrade from versions 5.1.25 or lower.

Special instruction: Before installing ‘PERMITS’ Plus 5.5.09, reboot the user’s workstation (see the documents ‘PERMITS’ Plus New Features5_5_04.pdf and Upgrade5509.doc for more details).
