Khaled Jaouni is responsible for Accela’s growth in international markets, and currently oversees both the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions for the company.
Khaled brings more than 20 years of experience in general management, business transformation and systems integration. Prior to joining Accela, Khaled was a Partner at Ithmar Capital, a Dubai-based private equity firm, where he was responsible for post-acquisition portfolio management and served on the boards of seven companies. During his tenure at Ithmar, the Harvard Business School published a case study describing its rise as a pioneer in the international private equity space. Ithmar later listed on the Dubai Financial Market as Amanat which became the largest integrated healthcare and education investment company in its region. Khaled also held a number of management roles at leading multinational companies including Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini, and Boeing.
Khaled holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Boston University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Edinburgh Business School. He has also been a guest speaker at several regional business and government technology conferences.
