Claire Jubb is the Customer Service Manager for the Community Development Department in Charlotte County, Florida. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors from the University of Wales College Cardiff and has been a Certified Floodplain Manager for over 8 years. Claire’s duties include all budgetary, administrative, technological and financial aspects of a department of over 90 employees that handle all land management-related issues for the County. Claire was involved in the selection and implementation of Accela in 2009 and handles all implementations, upgrades and changes from the business unit perspective.

Andrew K Kirk is VP, Sales & Marketing at CitySourced, a real-time mobile civic engagement platform. In addition to managing the sales and marketing teams, he works directly with both Government and Enterprise customers and partners. Angela Langston began working with government agencies in 1998 as a Software Trainer with Open Data Systems. In 2000, Open Data Systems merged with Sierra Computer Systems to form Accela, Inc. From 2000 to 2010, Mrs. Langston held various positions within the Sales organization, including Regional Account Manager, Director of Sales – Eastern US and VP of Sales – Eastern US.

In 2011, Mrs. Langston established the Account Management team. In 2013, she established the Customer Success team. Mrs. Langston has been managing these teams for North America and has recently folded the Customer Support team into her organization. She is now the VP of Customer Care for Accela.

Mrs. Langston graduated from Murray State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in English and Organizational Communications.

As Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Rob Cassetti focuses on a wide range of strategic initiatives, including go-to-market planning, acquisition integration, business development, channel development, product integrations, demand generation, pricing and new markets. A champion of civic technology, Mr. Cassetti speaks at national and industry events on topics including open data, smart cities, civic engagement and innovation.

Mr. Cassetti brings 20 years of extensive sales and management experience in the public sector market, 14 of which were spent at Fortune 500 worldwide IT leader Cisco Systems in Silicon Valley. As Director of Service Sales, he oversaw sales for Cisco's $300M business of hardware and software maintenance plus advisory and professional services for Cisco’s State & Local Government & Education (SLED) market.

Previously, Mr. Cassetti served as the Senior Sales Manager for the U.S. Public Sector segment of Cisco's WebEx division, where he built a team of Cloud Collaboration Sales Specialists across the U.S. focused on Federal and SLED customers.

Mr. Cassetti holds a Master of Arts degree in English Education from Columbia University, Teachers College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New York University.

Matthew Gonzales is the Director of Services for He is responsible for developing relationships with local government officials and overseeing new products that will enhance the Buildingeye platform. Matthew has been involved with tech startups for over a decade and has helped produce several top-rated events in Silicon Valley and internationally.

Scott Greenberg is Senior Director of Operations for Accela Legislative Management, a cloud-based solution that helps governments streamline their meeting process and connect with their citizens. Having held leadership positions in several startups as well as having spent several years on Wall Street, Scott brings a broad managerial background to our Legislative Management group.

Scott holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with High Distinction.
