Senior Vice President, Customer Care and Delivery
Inspired through driving customer success, Angela Langston, focuses on the customer journey to ensure governments realize their vision of providing mobile and online services to their citizens. She is passionate about driving civic engagement through the use of best practices, domain experience, industry standards, innovation and technology.
Angela joined Accela in 1999 and has served in a variety of leadership positions. In her current role as Senior Vice President, Customer Care and Delivery, she is responsible for overseeing Accela’s Customer Success, Customer Delivery, and Customer Support teams and charged with ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
