Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Now Live with Accela Civic Platform for Citizen Relationship Management (CRM)

Accela, the leading provider of cloud-based civic engagement solutions for government, announced today that Lake Havasu City is now live with Accela Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) on the Civic Platform. Lake Havasu is a City located in Mohave County, Arizona and has a population of approximately 53,000. The City selected and implemented the Accela solution to assist citizens with city service requests online and on-the-go via a configurable mobile application. Lake Havasu City’s customer service app is called HavasuNOW.

“Our Citizen Relationship Management solution with mobile app facilitates communication between the City and citizens of Lake Havasu,” said Kendall Smith, Accela Citizen Relationship Management Product Engineer Lead. “For the agency, the HavasuNOW app will route requests to the appropriate employees, track all activity on each request and provide performance reports and notification to managers. For citizens, they can now use their iPhone, Android or iPad to connect directly to the City website, contact agency staff, and submit requests. It is a tool that will drive greater efficiency for Lake Havasu City.”
