Aurora, IL, to Offer Residents Mobile Access to Civic Services with Accela Citizen Relationship Management (CRM)

Accela, the leading provider of cloud-based productivity and civic engagement solutions for government, announced today that Aurora, Illinois, has selected Accela Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) on the Civic Platform to foster better two-way communication between the City and its residents. The City will implement the software to more efficiently resolve citizen requests, cost-effectively manage workflow for agency staff, and provide on-the-go access to City services via a configurable mobile application.
