Pulaski County, AR, to Offer Residents Mobile Access to Civic Services with Accela CRM

Accela, the leading provider of cloud-based civic engagement software solutions, announced today that Pulaski County, Arkansas, has selected Accela Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) on the Accela Civic Platform to foster better two-way communication between the County and its residents. The County will implement the software to more efficiently resolve citizen requests, manage workflow for agency staff, and provide on-the-go access to county services via a configurable mobile application. Through an easily accessible portal, residents will be able to submit service requests 24/7, get information about civic services and stay connected with updates through their smartphone.
