Accela, Inc. Joins JMP Securities’ Annual “Hot 100” List of Best Privately Held Software Companies

Market-Leading Provider of Web, Mobile Solutions that Automate Government Services Earns Nod Following Consistent Innovation and Growth

SAN RAMON, Calif., June 8, 2009 – Accela, Inc., the leading provider of Web-based and mobile software applications that make government services available 24/7, announced that JMP Securities, a San Francisco-based investment bank, recently included Accela in a published report titled, “The Hot 100: The Best Privately Held Software Companies.” The annual report profiles 100 of the leading private companies in the U.S. software industry, as identified by JMP’s software research team. The 2009 report marks Accela’s first inclusion on the list.
