On May 12, Accela’s bi-annual Partner Summit will be held in person for the first time in three years. During the complimentary, full-day event in San Ramon, Calif., we’ll celebrate our vibrant and expanding ecosystem of resellers and technology partners and system integrators.

Together, Accela and our partners work to ensure that state and local government agencies have access to the best, most flexible and innovative solutions and the support needed to deliver their constituents a modern citizen experience. The spring Partner Summit will provide a platform to have a dynamic exchange of information and sharing of insights that will help us work in a unified way to empower the best outcomes for our joint customers. And it’s an opportunity for us to celebrate the many new partnerships we’ve added this past year and demonstrate the growth and value of Accela’s partner program for our current and future customers.

A growing program

The Accela Partner ecosystem encompasses powerhouse players like Microsoft and Esri, and a wide variety of certified resellers and system integrators with best practices in Accela product implementation expertise, and Accela and partner driven technology that extends Accela solutions and enhance our govtech mobile and SaaS applications.

The program is continually refined and enhanced to ensure our best-in-class partners have the tools they need to help our customers succeed. Backed by a robust team within Accela, the rapidly expanding partner program offers extensive certification and training opportunities, new sandbox environments, and joint marketing opportunities that help our partners thrive.

In 2021, Accela onboarded several strategic system integrators and resellers as well as important independent software vendors to both deliver Accela’s solutions to even more counties and states as they undertake their modernization journeys and prepare for whatever comes next.

Recognition in and out of the industry

Beyond being an important cornerstone to the value of aligning with Accela for the delivery of government cloud solutions, the company’s partner program has also won national recognition. Most recently, Accela Vice President of Alliances and Channels Tony Aiello was named to CRN’s 2022 Channel Chief list, which recognizes top IT channel executives demonstrating influence, innovation, and expertise in channel leadership.

“Our partners play a critical role in delivering Accela’s solutions and helping government agency leaders meet the evolving needs of their citizens,” Aiello said.

Partnering for Success

In keeping with this year’s theme — Partnering for Success — the 2022 summit agenda will offer sessions in numerous areas of interest to the Accela ecosystem who are looking to deliver on the emerging promise of unified government solutions. Highlights include:

  • A dedicated Accela product roadmap session where top executives will describe the strategic product direction, offer details on emerging SaaS offerings, and describe how partners are helping to drive product development.
  • A Partner Spotlight session to give our tech partners the floor. Over a dozen industry leaders will share their successes and share insights into how they’re leveraging Accela in support of their government customers. It’s a chance to showcase how innovative companies are leveraging their technology to enhance Accela’s platform and improve the customer experience.
  • An update on security will feature Accela’s VP of Security Dale Wilhelm to discuss the latest news on security within the Accela platform, a key area of interest among partners and end users alike. Microsoft will also discuss enhancements to the Azure platform that allow the Accela customers to leverage new and better security features they offer.

Through these and other partner-focused sessions, attendees will get the latest information on Accela’s solutions, discover how to enhance their sales engagements, and take a deep dive into  how to address key issues surrounding state and local government today.
