With many agencies today striving to do more with less, moving to a cloud deployment model significantly reduces infrastructure, equipment, software and staff resourcing requirements. For agencies that prefer to own and maintain their infrastructure, equipment and applications, the Accela Civic Platform can be deployed on premise at the agency’s data center.

Subscription Licensing

Civic Cloud Community Forum Access A dynamic online community where current Accela users catch up on news, browse product knowledge base, exchange ideas and seek answers from the community.
Standard reports and Adhoc ReportingAccela provides a collection of reports. Users can quickly develop reports to enable information analysis in real time.
Map/GIS integrationAccela GIS displays associated transaction records, such as permits, inspections, assets, etc., on a map and use different map display styles, such as road, aerial imagery and imagery with labels to enrich agency decision-making. In addition, staff users can route inspections on the map using the including routing functionality.Bing Maps or ArcGIS online basemaps included. Advanced ArcGIS online functionality requires additional licenses.

Disaster Recovery and BackupDisaster Recovery (DR) is critical to the continued availability of your data and systems. The implementation of which is in the form of a secondary datacenter that is located away from the primary datacenter.
