What Civira AI brings to Accela
Civira AI operates browser-based, with no additional infrastructure required. Its agents are already in active use on live Accela Professional Services projects, where they:
- Automate configuration from existing documents and forms
- Generate and maintain configuration documentation automatically
- Author and test scripts, tracing which scripts fire across record types
- Build role-based applications and bespoke tools such as dashboards and admin interfaces
- Answer configuration questions in natural language, drawing on a full picture of an agency’s environment
On live projects, our Professional Services team is already seeing meaningful reductions in script development time, debugging time, and manual SQL work, along with faster, better-documented test cycles.
