Adelle Connors is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 20 years of global leadership experience across the technology and services sectors. As Chief Human Resources Officer at Accela, Adelle leads the company’s people strategy, championing innovative, people-centric initiatives that align talent with strategic business goals, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of inclusion and high performance.

Adelle brings deep expertise in organizational transformation, leadership development, and workforce strategy. Prior to joining Accela, she served as Chief People Officer at UserTesting, where she guided the company through its transition from public to private equity ownership, led a global Workday implementation, and developed a comprehensive people strategy to support business growth.

Earlier in her career, Adelle spent 15 years at Dell Technologies in a variety of leadership roles spanning talent development, HR operations, and organizational strategy. She also held key roles at Intermec Technologies and Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where she built a strong foundation in HR transformation, technology, and operations.

Adelle holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas State University.
