In government, a person, department or agency that facilitates the development and/or sharing of information about government technology in a more amplified, public fashion, in support of their relationship with Accela.

 

 

Accela believes in recognizing customers who help us grow our community and serve as stewards of our brand. Through our Accelarator advocacy program, Accela encourages and rewards contributors who help influence and promote the capabilities of our Civic Platform and Civic Applications. Accelarators share best practices, success stories and expertise with other municipalities interested in learning more about Accela’s solutions.

What Accelarators Do

  • Share best practices with other customers
  • Share product feedback and beta testing new features 
  • Organize or volunteer with local meetups 
  • Share your positive Accela experience with customers and prospective customers by serving as a reference,          representing your agency in a webinar, or providing a written testimonial for use in media or web materials
  • Sharing knowledge in our online Accela Success Community 
  • Help capture case studies and testimonials  
  • Create content for Accela publications  
  • Contribute to external publications or news releases
  • Present on Accela webinars  
  • Present at local meetups  
  • Present at conferences

If you have experienced a reduction in time spent, costs incurred, or paper-intensive processes used as a result of implementing an Accela solution, and are excited to share your expertise with others, we want you in our Accelarator program! There are two ways to join.

Become a Customer
Reference

 Share your positive experiences with Accela’s products with prospective and existing Accela customers. For example, provide a written or phone reference, contribute a case study, or host a site visit.

 

Contribute to the Accela Community 

Earn Community Reputation points: finish your Community profile, join a few groups, begin contributing to the discussions and recognize people who are helping you find the right answer. If you’re already active on Community, then you’re already earning points!
