Accela is proud to announce Accela's Fall 2023 product release. This release includes a full set of Accela products, including the V23.2 versions of the Civic Platform, Accela Citizen Access, Accela Mobile, and enhancements to our Civic Applications.

Version 23.2.x has many new features focused on ease-of-use and increased productivity across all user personas, including residents, back-office workers, system administrators, and field workers.  

The many new enhancements in the 23.2 version include:   

  • Single sign-on for Accela Citizen Access (SaaS-only) 
  • Search enhancements (SaaS-only) 
  • Enhanced logging  
  • Increased security  
  • New views for mobile workers 
  • Improved data analytics and dashboard sharing (SaaS-only) 
  • And much more… 

As part of this release, we have expanded the capabilities of many of our Civic Applications. Accela’s Civic Applications are pre-built configurations that shorten implementation time and leverage best practices in configuration and design.  

With the Fall 2023 Release, Accela has continued to enhance existing Civic Applications but also created a new one called Rapid Damage Assessment.  

This specialized functionality helps agencies deal quickly with various types of natural disasters with fast assessment and reporting to ensure they can get help to those in need as quickly as possible. And like all Civic Applications, Rapid Damage Assessment is pre-built and fully supported solution.  

The Fall 2023 Release is another example of Accela’s commitment to high degrees of performance, usability, productivity, and security for our customers.
