San Ramon, Calif. (October 18, 2022)Accela, the trusted provider of cloud solutions for government, today unveiled its Fall 2022 Release, which includes significant enhancements to Accela Civic Platform, Accela Citizen Access, Accela Mobile, and the Civic Application for Environmental Health. • Automated convenience fee calculations by adding a minimum fee option in fee management.
  • Expanded API functionality for GIS, records, and inspections.

  • Software to support the end-of-life Microsoft Basic Authentication for Microsoft Exchange Online users and modernize authentication protocols for the Civic Platform’s Communication Manager.

In addition to Accela Civic Platform updates, the Fall 2022 Release enhances the Civic Application for Environmental Health to make it easier for residents to access food inspection history through Accela Citizen Access.
