In a typical year, the City of San Diego issues 46,000 permits, processes 4,000 code enforcement cases, conducts 97,000 project reviews and handles 137,000 construction inspections. As part of this $11 million tech initiative, Accela will work closely with the City to implement the Accela Land Management, Citizen Access, Accela Mobile and GIS solutions on the Civic Platform, enabling agency efficiency and providing citizens access to online information and services through mobile devices.
