How long have you been an Accela partner?
GovPath, formerly TruePoint Solutions, has been an Accela Certified Partner since February 2005, making us the longest-tenured implementation partner in the Accela ecosystem. Our partnership goes beyond implementations and integrations—we’re also an authorized reseller of Accela solutions, providing agencies with a comprehensive approach to modernizing their operations.
Over the past 20 years, we’ve completed over 500 successful Accela projects, helping agencies leverage technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency, expand their platform, and deliver better services to their communities. Our commitment to excellence was recognized in 2023 when we were named Accela’s Implementation Partner of the Year.
Our expertise and capabilities have continued to grow, especially following our 2025 merger with Gray Quarter, a company known for its innovative products and services that enhance the Accela experience.
Together, we’ve become the leading provider of government technology implementation and support services for state and local agencies in land management, permitting, and licensing.
In July 2025, we rebranded as GovPath, uniting under a mission to create a future where governments and individuals feel empowered, connected, and supported.

How does your solution integrate with Accela?
We’re the leading experts in Accela integrations, with deep experience connecting agencies to the tools they need for maximum efficiency. Whether it’s a trusted partner solution like Selectron, Velosimo, VuSpex or our own suite of purpose-built products, every integration is designed to work seamlessly with Accela.
Our proprietary solutions—Inspection Manager, GQ Text, Easy Scheduler, Payment Processor Integration, Electronic Signature, Document Consolidator, and GQ Connect/Laserfiche—were developed specifically to enhance Accela’s capabilities and deliver a better experience for both agency staff and constituents. By tightly integrating with Accela, we eliminate redundant processes and manual data entry, freeing up valuable time and reducing errors so agencies can operate at peak efficiency.

We begin with a comprehensive business process review, assessing your current Accela implementation, desired outcomes, and opportunities for improvement. From there, we deliver strategic recommendations and solutions – including integrations, automations, and optimized workflows – to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and accelerate processes such as inspections.
Our team of 60 dedicated Accela specialists – including former Accela employees and public sector practitioners – brings deep, hands-on expertise and a proven track record of nearly 500 successful Accela projects. This unmatched experience enables us to identify gaps, optimize performance, and ensure your solution meets today’s needs and tomorrow’s challenges.
Tell us about some of your successful projects.
We’ve successfully delivered projects that transform how public sector agencies manage critical services such as community development, permitting, planning, cannabis regulation, short-term rentals, licensing, public works, and asset management. Our work spans the full spectrum—from operating as an approved reseller of Accela products for Tier 1 agencies, supporting multi-department and multi-agency projects, and partnering with Accela on multi-year projects. Our agencies trust us to conduct in-depth business process reviews to identify opportunities for modernization, to providing clear recommendations for streamlining operations, to managing implementations, integrations, training, and ongoing managed services. We collaborate closely with agency teams at every level and size—decision makers, plan reviewers, inspectors, and front-line staff—ensuring that solutions align with their objectives and deliver measurable improvements. These relationships don’t just benefit agency staff; they directly impact the citizens, applicants, and communities they serve by making services more accessible, efficient, and transparent. The result is stronger, more responsive communities and agencies equipped to provide exceptional service now and into the future.
The State of Montana is a standout example of what’s possible through the powerful partnership between GovPath and Accela. Over the past several years, the State has steadily transitioned its legacy systems to Accela, embracing a modern, cloud-based approach that streamlines operations and enhances service delivery across multiple departments.
Now an Accela Super Agency, Montana has successfully implemented solutions like the Department of Labor and Industry’s eStop, a one-stop business licensing portal, and Inspection Manager, driving greater efficiency and transparency. With more departments – like Agriculture – soon to go live, Montana continues to expand Accela’s footprint statewide.
Built on a foundation of trust and results, this long-term partnership has grown through years of successful engagements, culminating in two new implementations signed for 2024–2025 and a support contract extension through FY2027. Together, GovPath and Accela are helping Montana simplify processes, improve citizen services, and build a smarter digital future.
What was your experience integrating with Accela’s APIs?
The Accela Construct APIs deliver an exceptional developer experience. They are modern, well-documented, and offer near-complete coverage of the Accela Civic Platform’s capabilities. This enables us to build deeply integrated solutions for our mutual customers—leveraging their existing investment in Accela without duplicating data or replicating configurations. The result is a smarter, more connected experience that unlocks new value with minimal overhead.
What’s the latest news on your features?
We’re excited to share some of our newest and most impactful features:
Our Inspection Suite equips agencies to create an integrated process for inspections. We start with the back office using Inspection Manager to schedule and organize inspectors, quickly adapting to changes as they occur, and scheduling in the most time-efficient way. Then we move to the field with Easy Scheduler to request multiple inspections through an easy-to-use online portal, and we complete the process with communication and outreach through SMS with GQ Text.
Each solution in this powerful trio integrates seamlessly into agencies’ existing Accela solutions and transforms their processes, saves money, and saves time while maximizing efficiencies for the agencies’ inspectors.
We’ve also recently released our enhanced admin portal, which allows for improved self-service across all GovPath applications. The GovPath administration tool can be used to monitor, configure, and manage your GovPath applications. Tasks such as viewing application logs, changing authorization settings, finding/copying an APIKEY, and providing user access, are made very easy.
This has historically only been used by the GovPath team but is now available for clients to self-service and update their own applications without the need to submit a support request.
