This program empowers your agency to designate specific individuals as Authorized Support Contacts, giving them exclusive privileges to interact directly with Accela’s Technical Support team.  

Key Benefits of Authorized Support Contacts:

  1. Enhanced Security and Control: Authorized Support Contacts serve as your agency’s primary representatives, ensuring that only designated personnel have the authority to open new cases, view all open cases for your organization, request system changes, and discuss sensitive data and information with our support team
  1. Streamlined Support Experience: As Authorized Support Contacts, these individuals will have direct access to submitting and managing support cases through email, phone, and online platforms, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of your queries
  1. Primary Point of Contact: Your Authorized Support Contacts will be the go-to individuals for any proactive support initiatives from Accela, ensuring consistent and effective communication
  1. Easy Management of Authorized Contacts: These contacts will also be able to manage and update the list of authorized individuals within your agency, allowing flexibility and adaptability to your organization’s changing needs

We aim to have all agencies with designated Authorized Support Contacts in 2024. This initiative is part of our commitment to providing you with a secure, efficient, responsive support experience.
